For Lycos Asia Employees (under CHS HMO-NET Scheme), the identification
procedures are as following :-
- Blank access card with CHS sticker or Corporate access card with employee photo & CHS sticker
- Any employee records of this company that are not found in e-Claims system are NOT entitled to medical benefit
- Temporary staffs are NOT entitled to medical benefit
- If the patient did not produce company pass, please check their name through the e-Claims System
For Singtel Yellowpages employees (under CHS HMO-NET scheme), the identification procedures are as following :-
- Employees would show their staff pass with CHS sticker while their dependants will show CHS HMO-NET card when visiting the clinic
